Gabriela (Gabi) Alejos is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in Early Childhood. She has worked mainly as a Birth to Five therapist in Community Mental Health and Outpatient settings. Her passion is focusing on early intervention and prevention with clients of all ages. In this episode, we chat about how to tune in to our emotional experience, what gets in the way of identifying our emotional state, and how we can bring a more human and communal approach to emotional awareness.
